We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead General Practitioner to join our healthcare team at Heathrow IRC. Heathrow IRC is based in Colnbrook, West Drayton, providing care to around 820 patients across 2 sites. Within this role you will be overseeing the delivery of a high quality GP service and clinically supervise approximately 5 GP's. You will also assist with training, rotas, clinical sessions, as well as leading MPCCC and safer prescribing meetings.

Ideal applicants would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience in leadership and management.

Hours

You will be required to work across Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00.

There is flexibility to work a few sessions on weekends

This is a full time role working 40 hours or 10 sessions a week.

Salary

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £139,680 per annum - depending on experience experience.

During my GP training the part which I enjoyed the most was the out-of-hours (OOH) element with Harmoni (which later became Care UK, now the Practice Plus Group). With no administrative tasks, bloods to file, documents to check, it was as close to the acute care as a GP could get. I was very well supported by Practice Plus Group during this time and was able to excel and make a mark.
