We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join at HMP Lancaster Farms, a category C Prison located in XXX

In an expansion stage so scope to go full time, with more training opportunities, really good induction package. Free parking.

Hours

18.5 hours a week working across 2 days, 9-6, flexible on what days but ideally a Friday.

Salary

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £124320 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

During my GP training the part which I enjoyed the most was the out-of-hours (OOH) element with Harmoni (which later became Care UK, now the Practice Plus Group). With no administrative tasks, bloods to file, documents to check, it was as close to the acute care as a GP could get. I was very well supported by Practice Plus Group during this time and was able to excel and make a mark.
