Senior Administrator

• Lead a team of 4 Administrators, ensuring that the healthcare team are fully supported and act as first point of contact for the admin team
• Provide admin support to the senior team onsite, including the Head of Healthcare, Business Manager etc
• Support the senior team with meetings - attending to take minutes, arranging diaries etc
• Work alongside prison staff, arranging external healthcare appointments, bed watch etc
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases, including SystmOne, CMS, NOMIS and HRAD
• Support with the recruitment and HR processes for the team

• Have experience of managing / leading a team of administrators
• Have experience within a healthcare setting ideally, such as a hospital or GP surgery . medical centre
• SystmOne knowledge would be beneficial
• Be confident using data and maintaining spreadsheets, so excel skills are essential
